Broken Butterfly - petite print by Renée Anne

This is a photo featuring a reproduction print of my painting "Broken Butterfly". The original has been sold but I am making prints of it for my Etsy shop. I love the vintage postcards in the shadow box frame. They are from France, Italy and Spain and I bought them on Etsy, all except the one from Italy that I found in a vintage shop in Peterborough, Ontario. The butterfly was painted from a bad cell phone photo that I took for our 5 year old boy who found this creature with a broken wing and was sad to have to leave it. I told him I would paint it and it made him feel better. A print of this painting hangs in his bedroom.
